Governor Obiano of Anambra State was spotted seated at FC Ifeanyi Ubah Int Stadium during  the CAF Confederation Cup match between FC Ifeanyi Ubah and Al Masry SC of Egypt on Sunday. 

The club from pharaoh land lost 1-0 to Anambra warriors.
